About my practice:

In my current practice I work with people from all paths of life, helping them to shed unwanted baggage, get insights into why they are stuck and clear subconscious blocks through a unique blend of modalities to deliver a gentle holistic transformation.

I discovered personality profile work through my academic research on the meaning of identity, which I presented at two international academic conferences in Paris, Sorbonne, and New York. Identity creates your personality, and personality gives you your personal reality. Understanding your inner nature is a gateway to personal growth.

I was looking for a personality assessment tool in psychology, but self assessment approach did not satisfy my expectations fully. After extensive research and studying various personality profile methods I got certified to work with the Gene Keys and the Personality Matrix (Karmic memory matrix) methods that use date of birth. The reason is that questionnaires are good for retrieving your conscious awareness of your self, but it’s not a complete picture and answers are biased; the date of birth doesn’t change and reveals the unconscious content embedded in your subconscious patterns giving us unbiased view. Furthermore, you can only change what you are aware of, that’s why accessing the subconscious. These two methods are an amazing resource for spiritual, professional and personal growth and prosperity. They will leave you inspired and deeply touched with the information and insights you receive.

In my quest for practical reliable application of transformational work I also became a Neurographica teacher and coach. It’s an art based method of neuro-psychology for inner transformation. I then became certified in Dr. Bradley Nelson’s method of the Emotion Code, Body Code and Belief Code. I learned to do a muscle testing of the client’s subconscious mind and do energetic clearing. These sessions are in demand with my clients, because they get results and positive shifts. Energy clearing is real and very effective with any concerns with body, mind or life situations.

Professionally I worked as a music teacher; economic development consultant in Lithuania; fashion designer and entrepreneur; I co-led a startup launch accelerator in Toronto for the Silicon Valley’s Founder Institute where I worked and mentored 150 founders; now I advise startup founders at the Loyal Venture Fund and facilitate a Startup Peer-exchange coaching groups.

I work in three languages: English, Lithuanian and Russian.
